We have started processing your Application

HI,
i received Mail From CIC that my file is transferred to New Delhi office on 6th Nov 2019.
On ECAS an line updates stating" we have started processing you application on 28th NOV 2019.". What does it mean? and at this point is Decision made? as I am done with my Bio metric and medical.

The line 2 update is your AOR2 and it means the VO has started processing your application. Now you just have to wait a while for a decision. So next will either be additional documents, interview and/or PPR. Good luck

Unfortunately no, it’s just a waiting game.

My 12 month processing time is going to complete 20th august but still no reponse from NDVO. Ihave already filled web form twice but nothing happned, they just say..due to COVID 19, we are working with critical staff and your application is processing..shall i mail delhi immigration? Or shall i wait to get 12 months complete

As far as I know, the 12 months argument isn't valid anymore, at least unofficially. They are not liable to it.
