Dear Dazzab, CIC wants you to complete both 52 weeks and 1560 hours. Even though you worked 40 hrs/week. They consider only 30 hours/week. Approximately, 39 weeks for 9 months. So you have completed, 39weeks*30hrs = 1170hrs. Hope this helps you.

Because CIC system currently considers only the month and year. There is no option to enter the day. As per the system, July-Jun is 1 year. That is the reason we got points and invitation.
