i dont think so , when you apply to visa office , by that time if u get PR just change that info and provide a cover letter

You could have given ur friends address in USA, the other option is give them ur INdia address. Communicate this ASAP as 8 momths is a long time, did you check if you have received any mails on the address which u gave them initially.

spa meant , what were you waiting for i.e why u did not start collecting them at the right time. I hav eone question , u still have amonth, which document is left - is it the IELTS/Transcripts /police clearance as i think these take most of the time.

i too got the PCC from Vancouver EMbassy, they didnt ask me that , i just had to fill the reason for PCC so i am not sure in your case. hope other seniors can help.

I think you can put "Applied " (refer attached sheet) in that column and attach a extra sheet with form name and question no and in that explain that you have applied for the passport and will be getting it with 1/2 month /also include that you will be submitting this change when you submit...

first question , which stage is ur application now - i assume its CIO . which NOC u selected ? was it in the list of 38 occupations.

i think its better to take IELTS , also claim for the latest expereince to be on the safer side. Another question which you should ask is do u need 16 points from IELTS as if u had done listening average then u should get either 12+2 or 12 + 0 however if u need 16 from IELTS to reach 67 points...

then u might get a reply witiin 1/2 weeks.
