I suggest you contact the nearest Canadian embassy and share with them your concern. They might be able to send your passports to their office in Paris and receive from them back from Paris. I know one of the applicants in another country did the same. However, it can take a long time; almost 2 months.

If you believe that, you must believe in the tooth fairy. The visa is issued by the office that you applied to. (Except for London if you applied from the Middle east)

Hi PMM
One more question- I excluded my wife somewhere in between process that she will accompany me. But now I am thinking to include her then later apply for her sponsership.

Is that possible?
Which documents I need to send CIC? (I already submitted her educational docs, pcc from india etc)
How much time (approx) it will add in process before they ask for passport? if everything is ok in medical.
And finally, I didn't received her medical?? If I am correct I should get it even if she is accompanying or not.
What I should do now?

I appriciate your time for answer.

Thanks
Pramen
