You can change it in modify my answers at the top, there would appear a quick page of your application. You can change there fee payment option, choose only app fees. Pay rprf later at cic request.

No asivad it is not multiple pcc's,I am not getting why people are confused in this thing. Like in my case I had to get pcc from 2 places in india(as i was thinking) But the local pcc cell did everything, they semselves verified from previous address and compiled it into one certificate.

Could be, coz your medical won't be clear up until that time and without passing medicals CIC doesn't proceed further.

Guys, Check this link, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/india.asp it is clear psk pcc is acceptable only from people from delhi. Rest all have to apply with local police.

Could be possible,because after reading your post I checked my 2nd AOR. Its style is different from the 1st AOR,ITA and other papers from CIC. I mean there is no footer in this stating some 'IMM' stuff(left corner),something in the center and right corner. Its a kind of plain word paper.

Yes thats normal, you can only see the application not documents after submission.
