Only include documents it asks for in the list for application. Yes prepare all other documents (rentals, tax assessments, health records....) for your interview. Most likely you won't need them for the officer but it is good to have them with you in case officer has concerns/questions.

I sent a letter about three weeks ago to the local office with an update and it was placed on my file and file updated accordingly by local office but still no movement.

They only give you one date and time. If you can't make that date there are instructions in the letter how to apply for rescheduling.

I did call them and got the standard answer that it is waiting for oath scheduling and that the regular processing time is 12 months ;(. I just don't understand that for 99.9% of applicants after DM the oath invite only takes 2-4 weeks and for some of us it seems our application disappeared...

You receive a letter by mail and this letter needs to be taken with you to the test. Your eCas will also update.
