    Just because they get married in Canada will not make them eligable for PR The baby will be canadian citizen but the parents will not have any advantage and again it does not make them eligable for PR now.

    Live & Work VISA problems

    On the work permit application it will ask if commited, been arrested for, been charged with or convicted of any criminal offence in any country. So if you do not mention your offences in Australia that would technically be lying on your application.
