    You will be fine just to exchange the BC one for the Alberta one...the two years is not based on how long you lived in a province but how long you had a "full" driver licence.

    The time in the letter is when you have to be at the office. The actual oath will take place at 1:30. The hour difference is for the time you need to register, surrender your PR card, find your seat etc..

    You would only have IMM 1000 if you "landed" as PR before 2002. After that you would have received COPR (IMM 5292).

    You have 30 minutes for the test and it is paper based. You will receive all the material (pen, paper) you need there. Yes we were told that there were different sets of questions.

    Has your wife been physically present in Canada for 1095 days over the last 5 years? Or are you a crown servant working outside of Canada? Only then would her time spent outside of Canada accompanying you count toward her residence for citizenship. From IRCC website: ....lived outside Canada...

    She will have to provide proof of language skills in either English or French. She can take the IELTS general training or CELPIP LS for English.

    Unfortunately that is not enough. You have to submit proof that you have adequate knowledge of English or French, even if it is your first language. Did you attend secondary or post secondary education in English in your country? If yes the your school diplomas would be proof.
