    MISREPRESENTATION

I can't even comment on this because I'd be booted off the forum. Simple, lying to get into Canada, lying to attempt to stay here. You have children. Go back to Europe grow a pair of balls.

OWP for US Citizen - Queries

This isn't true. OWP permits are available to spouses of skilled TFW (skill level 0, A or B).

A bit confused... Immigration for a spouse already in Canada on a work visa?

I guess the only downside for Buffalo processing is that she would require a visa to enter the States in the case an interveiw was required. So Manila may be the better route just in case.

Angelbrat it's not a visa you get when you go to the States. Its a green I94 that they put in your passport. My bf has to get it when he goes as well and he's from Germany :) Like Scylla says a visitor visa is much harder to obtain.

2nd Labour Market Opinion has been Denied - Irish guy in Toronto

Have you used the the International Eexperience work permit yet for Ireland? http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/ireland-irlande/experience_canada_experience/index.aspx?lang=eng If so that would give you a year and you're gf could apply to sponsor you after living together the one year.

Congrats! The visa will be valid to the date from when you got your Medicals done. So if you got them done say Oct 15th that will be the date on your visa and you have until then to land.

    Thread for outland Buffalo applicants!

I've had numerous people asking what I've been doing different lately and telling me I look great (like the Bran commercial)! Honestly no more anxiety, huge smile on my face, it really shows!

    hypothetical question

Wow, I guess there are tiny loopholes people will always attempt to fit through. I guess it could be done though as long as too many questions on the residency are addressed (Leon's comment about who is accompanying who). I just hope I don't ever choose to live in a different country away from...

If you didn't have am interveiw or other documents weren't requested then it's positive 100%.

    hypothetical question

So the mother and child lose their PR theoretically because they don't live in Canada for several years. The now Canadian citizen husband moves back to the home country stays for 2 years and then the whole family can move back to Canada? How does that work?

Do you have to submit photo together with your landing document uppon landing?

My bf landed on March 3. We brought 3 photos and they attached one to the COPR and that was it. They didn't ask for anything at the border.

    A Terrible Flag Pole Experience

You're speaking of an I94 because you're from a visa waiver country. The OP has to apply for a visa to enter the US. Much more difficult if not impossible.
