He can apply to extend his visitor status as many times considering the application is in process and you provide proof such as receipt in extension app. Being that he is your spouse they usually extend for a year based on what I've reading in the forum!

Is this a spousal PR application? If so, I'm pretty it is not required in the documents that the sponsored person spouse provide any educational documents just a history?

The reasons for withdrawing it are ommisions that could be quite serious. Also my boyfreind is on a temporary resident permit and can not leave the country while its being processed. So if it gets sent to another office it can take quite awhile and he would like to be able to have the option...

Thank you Leon. Unfortunately he is on his second youth mobility permit and they only allow you to ever apply for 2. That is a good idea I will send both applications and fees along with an explanation cover letter and hope for the best!
