CIC has all your records. It is better to be honest with them, support your file with strong explanation and hope for the best :)

As far as I know, the medical report will be sent directly to Canadian Embassy only and not shared with any other authority. But you should still confirm the same with Austrian HC :)

Thanks for clarification. I do understand the credit transfer mechanism. What I wanted to know was if in case partial credits are transferred or no credits are transferred then will my study permit be extended or do I have to complete the course in remaining duration?

Alright. Just read my study permit once again. There is no such condition. About the credit transfer. What happens if in case: 1. credits are transferable 2. credits are not transferable Also, is transfer possible after first semester? Thanks for the input :)

You'll get admission in a masters program, shouldn't be a problem. Even I faced a similar situation. However, getting a visa for double masters is a different thing altogether.
