I have applied for visa having already completed Masters (MCA) for M.Engg (Software Engg), would this be an issue? I have tried to explain the same in SOP but then again I am not really sure what "convincing" really means!

They will tell you it takes 2 weeks but usually they issue the same within a week. But then again you'll have to remind them every other day either by calling the examination department or better yet by visiting them in person. To be very honest, there is no guarantee that this will work but...

Same situation here. Instead of waiting for the result to be declared, apply for confidential result. If you are a student of IP university then it shouldn't be a problem. Just to quote my case, even I was waiting for final sem. result and had submitted an application for confidential result but...

It is always better to produce official transcript but if in case (and as you mentioned) you are not able to get one then make sure that the unofficial transcript is duly signed and stamped by university.

Same scenario! One (M.Sc IT) is generic whilst the other is specialized study.

Explain the gap in your SOP as you did here. There is no reason for it to be a hindrance provided you explain it well :)

Try calling the hospital/Medical Center/Physician from where you got the checkup's done. I am sure if anything is wrong and/or more information is required they'll let you know. Also, I don't think there's a way for a person to get the medical result.

Don't blindly rely on what consultants say, do some work on your part. Visit the college website and take a look at what all subjects does your course has. See to it whether those subjects match up to what you have studied previously. IMO that's the best way to decided whether you should be...
