Isn't it french speaking university? Do they have english language course as well ?

This is completely out of topic and irrelevant but I had to share this.

I went to Quebec City last week and I must say it's a beautiful place! The people are nice. Though it is french speaking city but you are in for a lot of fun especially during summers!
