Reasons to write in sop for low marks for visa

My medicals passed yesterday and visa got rejected today Sad

Reason: Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

BCA: 58%
PUC: 49%
SSLC: 53%
6 months gap between studies.
5 Backlogs.
IELTS: 6.5.

Reading and Speaking: 6.5
writing and listning:6

I'm applying again, with strong sop saying i'm good at practicals than theory subjects.

This is the reason, will this be considerable?

In my previous studies 10th, 12th grade and first year of my Bachelors studies it was my bad that I did not take studies seriously, after that I realized that I had to focus on my studies completely and eventually my grades improved with no backlogs. I am good at Computer Science which made me to opt the same course in bachelors and I was the topper of the Bachelors of Computer Application section with the highest marks (198/200) scored in the Final Year Project Semester. I was very good at Computer Programming practical’s than theory which led to my low grades in theory subjects.

Please help me with some good reasons.

Same here low marks in maths. Because I went too much deep in every question that I left 50% of the exam in CBSE and just did 42 marks out of which I got 33

You cannot toy around with Canadian High Commission citing 'good' reasons and getting them to issue visa. Instead of finding reasons to mention in your SOP, etc, I would recommend work on areas you have previously lacked in. If it is about your under graduation marks, try and cover it up with certifications, diplomas, etc you have done.
