Ohhh.. You should apply for 2 year pg diplima in any spp college.. If ur lucky u can get visa .but chance are very low .academics are not good

Yes they can know about late complition of degree from marksheets but still there will be no clue about our no. Of backlogs because they are nowhere mentioned in marksheet. Correct me if i m wrong.
