For Language proof for citizenship application , can i give copy of CELPIP results which i gave in 2013 ..Actually I mailed sealed envelope of results to CIC for PR application and now i have just the score sheet ... do you think it will be accepted as Language proof?

Yes,I got PR card on 24th Oct.

Processing time has increased to 24 days ...2 weeks back it was down to 16 days http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-card.asp

I was not from visa exempt country ,but I dont think at the time of landing they check insurance.

Whats overall status ,its "In Process" or "Complete". I am pretty sure it will be complete ,if its complete then Canada Post has lost your PR card. If its still "In Process" ,then your card may be under review. Try calling Call Center there may be wait for 15-20 mins but i would say its worth it.

I am not senior or Expert but still responding. Current processing of PR card is 28 days ,I got PR card in 25 days or so(it was with my landlord for 3-4 days), but you cannot assume anything for PR card as some people are waiting for PR card for 3-4 months also. It takes normally 1 week to get...

it should not be an issue ,and in worst case if they ask for your photos again then i think you can send it from your home country.. Its just time-stamp seal at the back will not be from Canada so not sure how they will take it.

Drink lot of water before your test as that will dilute your urine sample. If possible pee 1 hr before giving sample too..

You can ask CPC ottawa for extension of date of submission of passport,I dont think they will have any issues with it to extend till your medical is valid.

PPR means you are going to get PR visa.....and DM is more of formality ...sometimes it happens before PPR and sometimes after PPR.
