Thank you @HLR for doing such gr8 job in keeping excels updated , i have one suggestion that if you can put Application returned date also in Notes column then it will help in analysis for people in future.

Based on historical data in excel sheets ,I think they normally return application within 2 months ... not sure if i m right or not but just an observation. I am getting my DL and Health card fixed so it matches PR card ,so PR card ,COPR ,DL and health card will match only passport willl have surname blank so i hope that should be fine ... what do you think? SIN Card is same as PR card , i will check with Service Ontario to see if they can change DL and Health card based on PR card. Thanks a lot for replying to my question.

Thanks for suggestion ,I was reading about name change and it seems that first i have to get my Indian passport corrected then only i can use it for correcting Health card and DL though i will check with Service Canada if it can be done just based on my PR card.
