Yes it is considered I think its 2 weeks/year ,but I would suggest you to keep buffer ... Also nowadays FSW is moving much faster than CEC ....so can apply there too...

You dont need US visa for Flagpoling. You will go to US border ,get admin refusal and back to Canada to complete PR formalities.

You can get PPR without status getting changed to DM .... and sometimes after few days/weeks of DM you get PPR.

I would say , show me case where someone got rejected after RPRF because of eligibility...........but I have read cases of rejection after MR that too bcoz of eligibility ... Though no point in arguing .........you r entitled to your opinion .........Lets close this here......

Some people get PPR before DM ,so its very much possible that u can get PR and ecas is in IP.

The way things are going on nowadays nothing can be said about timelines .... I would suggest apply for BOWP

I think they run ppr batch after 7 or 8pm est..good luck ...today may be the day..
