    I See. But the Print Queue is just the Office/Officer Number. My Primary is Ottawa Secondary is changed to Vancouver. I also see one more Secondary as Hamilton.

    I see. So in the screenshot I see that 'Final' is blank; which means final decision is pending even though eligibility is passed. I am not expert but i guess, 'applicant doesn't reside in CAD' may be some checks due to COVID. just my guess.
