I have ordered GCMS notes on three different occasions in the past 6 months and noticed a common thing in them. My file is stuck at some RC-9515 office/officer. My file was assigned to RC-9515 in December/2017 and i saw no movement in my case apart from a due date for RC-9515 which passes everytime without any work done on my file.

Anyone with similar situation. and what does RC-9515 means if anyone has any idea.

My eligibility is under review required.
FSW-O, IP2 stage (27th Feb/2018, which i think was a glitch as My eligibility is still not passed), AOR- Nov/2017, Medical passed.

I think Rc-### are agents ID numbers but not entirely sure.

I am stuck at the same RC-9515. Any update on your file??
It's either we have the same officer assigned :D or the code stands for some sort of background check! AOR January 2018.

Same here, stuck at RC-9515. AOR May 04,2018, IP1, No updates since May 19. Does anyone know about that? Much appreciated.

I found the same RC-9515 in my notes, Dose anyone know whether it's a officer name or a code stands for particular incidence?

RC 9515 isn't an officer in my opinion but the center where the application is processed, 9515 stands for which center i dont know

"The responsibility centre (RC) code should always reflect where the application is being processed. This information is necessary for reporting and evaluation purposes and will ensure that the correct office is credited with the decision taken on the application."

RC-9515 is Case Processing Center- Ottawa.

Yes, you may be correct, from my GCMS note, I'm 90% clear that RC 9515 is CPC-O (Case Processing Center- Ottawa)..that popular and swift processing visa office.:D

My file is with RC 9515, since a month now.

The GCMS notes states 'Final' as Approved; however, it stuck at RC 9515

just for everyone's info:

RC-9515: Regional Centre Ottawa

RC-9570: Regional Centre Mississauga

RC-6023: Regional Medical Centre London

RC-6055: Regional Centre Kenya

RC-6057: Regional Centre Singapore

RC-6112: Regional Centre Dakar

Same, my application was assigned to RC-9515 with due date on September- 5 -2020. However my file has been at Ottawa office since the first time I checked with them in May 2020. My file was first received by CIO Sydney NS and I also see CPC-Edmonton as Secondary office.

When your application was assigned to RC 9515, was it an approved application - mean eligibility etc. were passed OR they assigned to process the eligibility/ background checks?

I think my file was transferred to Ottawa/RC-9515 in January 2020 itself, but I don't see an exact date of this.

I have received GCMS, a week ago.

In Assessments, it says Eligibility passed. security passed in May according to IRCC webform and call I've made.

In the Notes 1 it says "applicant doesn't reside in CAD, file pending further verification"

I have never been to Canada and never told them that I've been to Canada or am in Canada, also see notes 2 & 3.

In notes 2 it says, which was written in May 2020, it says "all requirements met, ready for visa".

In notes 3, which was written in February 2020, it says "application sent for COPR printing"
