Not sure if you know, but Yukon has limited population and limited companies/ businesses. If you are open for all/any jobs, then apply accordingly. Don't just wait for Finance job openings.

I am not an expert in this area. You may want to book a consultation with any Canadian immigration lawyer. My two cents (non formal) advise would be to seek an Explanatory Note from your company along with the reference letter.
