Oh! no.. !! Did you try entering your boyfriend's place of birth as per the GCMS notes/passport? In my case, for linking my application, my place of birth according to GCMS notes worked. For my spouse, his passport worked. Kind of strange though.

As long as you are inland, the expiry date of your COPR mentioned on the IRCC account doesn't matter. They usually mention the COPR expiry date to the validity of your medical. COPR is valid for one year from the date mentioned on the COPR document you received in the email.

Mostly, the place of birth will be the problem. In my case, - to link my application, I used as per the GCMS notes. - to link my spouse's application, I entered as per the Passport. So, Try entering the exact words. That helped me.

I submitted my photos yesterday, and the tracking says they will be delivered today.

Congratulations :) My COPR in the portal also shows validity till May 7 (medical expiry). Checked with LegalFalcon, he said it is not a problem as long as we are inland. @horizonj: Were you able to download the copr?

We cannot predict when things will happen. That's the saddest part. In my case, Criminality was the only stage pending since October. Suddenly, one day I got a ghost update, which confirmed criminality passed.
