Yep. That's true. But home loan is considered as secured loan. I think it will come under assets. But personal loan is un-secured loan. And should we show 6 months bank statement compulsorily or balance certificate is enough? What if, by the time I receive ITA, the fixed deposit is only 5 months...

I'm still in the first step. Just sent the transcripts to WES. And my IELTS is on 8th Apr. I believe, receiving ITA takes another 2-3 months. I'm just worried if the liabilities were subtracted from the settlement funds, it will not meet the required funds for POF.
