Final update: Got my PR card as well yesterday.

My Spouse's PR card delivered today. We have been asked to submit photos twice via email and to our surprise, they have used the hardcopy photo which we mailed to Etobicoke... :D Waiting for my PR card to see what photo they have used. LOL

You should have received today. My spouse PR card was also mailed on Dec 13 and we received today.

Yes exactly, I even dint get the biometrics refund. I asked him if he can check if the refund was issued, he simply ignored they are prioritizing Afghan applicants.
