Seems to be true. I'm exempted and it is in progress since Oct. When they announced this exemption, I seriously thought that I will be getting a decision in a month, since criminality was the only item pending. How funny I was!!!

Actually, 2 of them got COPR. One from Nov 12 and another from Nov 13. I have no words and I couldn't express my feelings anywhere, all I could do is just sit and watch and wait for my turn.

Same boat. Criminality in progress since Oct 14. Nothing is changed. AOR April 11. What I wonder is, my BOWP is also not processing. Those with AORs later than mine, are receiving the approvals.
