You may have been right. I emailed IRCC on the online citizenship email on the link that you have on your signature and they replied saying that the email may have gone to spam or something, but in case it wasn't sent then they put the link of the test page (the one in your signature) saying...

Yes, I actually looked that up. Although, apparently at least some of the people who took the test from the test page directly were asked to take the test again. So, not sure what to do.

I am less than 2 days away from my test date (Test date is 3rd Feb). No email yet. It is probably more an irrational fear of IRCC messing up than anything. I am hoping the email shows up today. But then, its IRCC.......

Yes, you can raise a webform and ask them to move your date. The issue being that you don't know what next date they give you. So it is recommended to try to make the oath as much as possible. Only skip it if no other way left IMO. I haven't seen the letter but when you receive the email there...

This is not exactly true. I am a March 2022 applicant and got a test invitation after 11 months (Feb 2023) and there are quite a few like me out there.

Hopefully yours is around the corner too. I know it is frustrating to wait for so long for the test after the BG check is completed. I think it was @forw.jane who had to wait 4 months after background check to get test invite. I got mine after 3 months. Hang in there, its coming. Thanks
