My wife sent her fingerprints in to IRCC on Feb 8th. On Sept 12th they said that they have received the fingerprints and will update shortly. It's been 5 months since and nothing. Only her test is complete.

They seem to be asking some individuals to send in all copies of their passport pages. Not sure what case yours is, but if you didn't submit all the pages of the passport with the application, then it could be that.

mine updated today to complete. Be prepared to see Niagara Falls office go into hibernation now that will put bears to shame. Keep expectations low, expect LPP to be done by July. Then oath by October. At least that will stop us from checking every other day.

More like the pdf that comes with test instructions has this section telling me that I have been selected for the e-certificate pilot program and that I should let them know if I want to go ahead with e-certificate or not.

I am wondering if I should opt for the digital certificate or ask for a paper one. I have been burned by the online application, so am not sure if I should go for an electronic one. Any advice?
