So I finally got an update today, scheduled for the test between Feb 3rd and Feb 23rd. Will likely receive the email next week so will find out which office it is. My hunch is that its Niagara Falls (I am based out of Hamilton so maybe they transferred my file here?). Will find out next week.

I really think this is not good advice at this time. In these cases, it's the hope that kills. Better to not hope than to think that the test is coming soon and oath will follow. At least that way one isn't disappointed. Might as well just adjust expectations that IRCC will get my file done by...

You can just have 1 PCC made for your permanent address. You just need to mention that one address in your address history as well. I did that myself, I was from Karachi but did my undergrad and MBA from Lahore (total of six years), just mentioned my permanent address in the address history and...

No. I mean, this is one way to do it, but it's extremely tedious and inefficient and quite a big headache for a lot of people to go through. Read my earlier posts in this thread explaining how the FIRs in Pakistan are linked to your NIC and the address linked to it.
