What stage is your application in? Waiting for oath to become in progress?

I also got my LPP updated (8th March) but showed up in tracker today. Let's hope Niagara Falls office schedules our oath ceremonies soon enough.

Definitely good news. Seems like Niagara Falls office has woken up. Now If they can somehow outdo themselves and schedule oaths for us soon enough, that would be a pleasant surprise. Hopefully you get it sometime early next week. Yes, wishing you good luck, you should get it soon.

I think you can always say that you were staying at that address at the time but your permanent address has always been XYZ. As I stated earlier, FIRs in Pakistan are linked to NIC number and permanent address, so you should still be fine. Waiting for a few more months might be even better...

Why do you need PCC from Pakistan? Did you stay there for 6 months? Or do you expect that they will ask for a PCC so you want to have it made just in case?

That's great news. Congratulations on having another step out of the way. My test got completed on 9th Feb. No updates after yet. Good to hear your application is moving, might be a good sign for other Niagara Falls applicants as well.

I was having issues signing in today, but they were resolved and unfortunately nothing changed except that there was a system update on March 2nd which put "new updates" signs all over the application. In other news I will complete 1 complete year from submission of my application this Sunday

No, it's one of those system wide updates. I am also seeing new updates in front of all the previous milestones.

Scarborough office has more hits than misses it seems. Don't worry, your oath is around the corner. You'd much rather stick around in SCR office than be transferred to other offices (with the possible exception of Vancouver maybe)

Ugh, Niagara Falls is one of the worst offices out there. If your application is at Niagara Falls then lower your expectations some more. Like expect something by May/June maybe. Depends on when they wake up.

Which office is your application being processed from? It seems like Vancouver and Scarborough offices are moving. The rest are sleeping.

for all those complaining about Scarborough office, you should be thankful that your processing office is not Niagara freaking Falls. It's just awful. It wakes up once every few months, does one small update (sometimes a ghost one) and then goes to sleep for another 6 months.

I don't think it will delay your application . You might not get the GCMS notes though. I applied for GCMS notes on Nov 3rd and then again Jan 4th. Never received any.

Overlapping dates is perfectly fine. My wife was a resident of a GCC country at the time of our marriage and so that period shows overlapping periods for her. We just mentioned it in the LOE and it turned out just fine.

If your permanent address throughout your time from age 18 to current age has been the same, then just mention that one address in your profile and get a PCC made for that. For police purposes in Pakistan, it's the permanent address that matters. You should get the PCC made till current date...
