You will get to enter dependent details once you get an ITA. Initially you will only see spouse under dependent.

I think if it falls on the day then you will get points deducted because your age (in whole numbers) moves to the next year on that date.

oh yes, you definitely should save that money, which is a substantial amount. You will have to pay a fair bit when you are submitting your application, for COPR, for medicals etc

i believe it is 6 months for fbi pcc. for place of residence CIC should accept pcc not more than 6 months old. check the pcc documentation in express entry on cic website
