    F1-OPT and Express Entry

As a caveat i might add that they won't be thrilled that you want a transfer to Canada as soon as you get Canadian PR. Maybe you can work on H1 for some time before making a move to Canada. They should be ok with that

    F1-OPT and Express Entry

so you plan to move out to Canada once you get your PR? That shouldn't be a problem provided you apply separately. I don't think you need to let your employer know why the exact reason why you need a letter with your job description and on company letterhead. You can think of a lot of reasons...

Confused!!! Wait or apply as unaccompanying spouse

has the CRS come down below 440 at all this year (or at least in the last 6 months?). I get the feeling that the CRS cutoffs are just going to increase going forward (especially because of what is happening south of the border). I myself came from the US (for different reasons though), and...

    F1-OPT and Express Entry

IS your employer based in canada or usa? This doesn't seem like a problem though. EE is a canadian program. H1b is american. So i don't see why you should have a problem

RPRF request only for principal applicant

It's weird. Sometimes they end up missing things by mistake. In fact mistakes are more common than you might think. Contact them. I am sure it's an oversight

CRS score change between ITA and application filing due to change of age

Definitely decline the ITA and reapply, you should get a new invutatinv. I have heard of horror stories of people who didn't apply together and it ended up taking a lot of time to get to Canada. At 449 you should still comfortably make it

CRS score change between ITA and application filing due to change of age

ugh, this is not good. I am above 450 now (i think i will get a 5 point drop that will bring me to 450). But still not fun. Especially the way the score jumped this time

CRS score change between ITA and application filing due to change of age

wait, age is locked in at the time of ITA or time of submission of application for EE (AOR)? My birthday is a week after 17th october (I expect to get an ITA in this coming draw). So by the time I submit all my documents I will lose points for age?

    FSW Inland or Outland?

I don't know about processing time differences (not much I would reckon). But for inland FSW you have to worry less about being returned back to your home country directly from the airport since you are already in Canada :p

Can I apply for Study Permit while my PR application is under process.

I actually had the reverse. I knew i wanted to apply for the student visa and also the PR, so i didn't know what is the right time. In the end I decided to get my student visa and waited a fairly long time until myself and my family reached Canada to put in my PR application. Because I always...

Can I apply for Study Permit while my PR application is under process.

yes, i believe so that you can apply. However you will have to be very solid on your proof of funds and your reasoning for returning back to your home country once you finish will be very weak since you have already shown that you want to stay in Canada
