It will be about six months to receive PPR from AOR. Although, I am not sure as to how your AOR is prior to the ITA. Something not right there.

Can you please tell me if you were asked to resubmit photos and also where was your landing in Canada? I landed on 11th of September, but was asked to resubmit photos on 5th October which I were delivered to them by 7th. Thanks:)

I am assuming you are talking about the "Application of PR" post ITA. If so, then it is about 6 months. The 41 days mentioned are for getting the PR card post landing.

I think you need two years of record on Permanent licence not including Learners. But try sending them an email to confirm. They usually reply within 15 days. They usually ask for certified driving record from your DMV. I had got from different states from their respective websites. The link...

Yes, send them an email to that email address mentioned in the request and tell them you are in US now. They will send you another PPR (passport request) mentioning details to send in any US visa post.
