Got eCOPR! Finally the journey is over!!

Got eCOPR this morning: Portal 1: 21st December 2022 Portal 2: 6 Jan 2023 (due to credential issues couldn't upload until Jan 17th 2023) eCOPR: 6 Feb 2023 PR Card: pending VO: Calgary Stream: BC PNP Non-EE

yeah, it's super random. From what I can gather going off my own experience Calgary and Montreal seem to be a bit of a bottleneck at the moment. I've been waiting on eCOPR since Jan 17th from Calgary, but I know there are others who have been waiting since December.

if it's PPR I guess you are outland? maybe the letter is instructions for the passport request.

we can't give you an answer for that as it's completely contingent on when you get COPR

it can take a few weeks to months going off other peoples timelines with regards to PR cards.

It's Quebec- you need decent French knowledge. It's pretty much a requirement with the changes the Quebec gov't is putting in place. Computer Arts and Computer Science are also not the same thing.

the employer needs to get a LMIA approval and then you apply for a new closed work permit based on the LMIA. There is no simple convert from one work permit to another- it's always the case that a new work permit is obtained
