The electronic FBI-PCC (eDO) launched on February 5th of this year takes under a week (from the fingerprint delivery time) to process. You will get an electronic copy to be uploaded to CIC. Apply for a new one and send a worry-free CIC application once for all. Your existing PCC may not work...
Thanks much. Any idea at what point do they check for work related eligibility? It's been two months since AOR, my BG check has been in IP2 for a month and the eligibility is still under review. I'd appreciate any clues you got.

I'm along the same lines as you, if you remember, except that I have IP2 ever since the MEP and ADR1. Is it a good idea to order notes, or let it be? Also, how would one know which VO is processing the case?
I can only answer the first question, as long as you are in EE pool and haven't received an ITA, you can change things as many times as you like. Once the ITA is received, you are [kind of] locked in with what you had submitted. Hope this helps.
If you had a work title, you worked either full-time or part-time, you performed the duties specific to the NOC you listed, you were paid by the employer you were doing research for (your educational institution), then YES!
