If everything went well with your fingerprint card and payment, your application must have been processed by now and mailed out sometime mid January. I would call or email them to check the status of it.

It may have been the case in the past since FBI did not have the electronic submission system. Now that it is working, there is no way it will not be accepted by the CIC. Both paper and electronic versions are same anyway. While it may be too early to ensure actual acceptance of the eDO report...

I meant the fingerprint card. But even if you had, they can deny it by saying that they went by the online application. Hard luck! Anyway, keep a record of your fingerprint card too this time around.

If I were you, I would submit one. You don't want your application to be delayed just because of a document (which is now a lot quicker to obtain). I would apply for a police certificate in the next couple of days and send all proof of it in your letter of explanation along with the eARR. If you...
