Biometrics is valid for 10 years. Medical exemption is temporary policy and it will be in force only until Dec 28th. Your medical is valid if it's not older than 5 years and you didn't leave Canada more the 6months.

I applied in 2021, so IRCC didn't request any documents from me yet, I don't even have AOR : D my common law is Canadian, so if they will request anything from me I will call them first to be sure that they need these documents for sure :) it was @Anitsuga who sent docs, but she got pre-arrival...

I thought about it too. I think they process whole 2020, because I saw Dec 23 or Dec 28, something in the end of 2020. Maybe they need to wrap up lots of AORs they gave to 2020 :)

Oh, I thought for some reason that your common-law is Canadian. If this is not the case, you need to fill up all paperwork, even if this person is not accompanying you right now. Including travel history of this person and proof of relationship, everything.

Did they request proof of common-law relationship from you? Did you say to them that you are a worker?

She answered me that as soon as she said she is not sponsored, they removed this requirement for any proof and she got her CoRP in a month or so.

@Anitsuga before you visit your lawyer and spend money on it, try to call IRCC and explain that your application is not sponsorship.
