As a wife she is eligible for RAMQ as long as you work and she has valid work permit (open one, I guess). Problem is that RAMQ also has some waiting time for applying, delivering cards, but I think you know that. Yeah, without RAMQ prices for child birth are insane.

I guess IRCC does some light check for countries you visited maybe.

Lots of January 2021 are getting AORs :)

1. Biometrics valid for 10 years. You could submit it before for visa, work permit, study permit - it doesn’t matter. They are valid for 10 years. 2. Yes, you need to pay, attach receipt and wait until IRCC will request biometrics from your common-law.
