If u r in Canada for one year as an international student or if u have got work permit then u will be exempted from 38 occupations regulations. There are other immigration policies like Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) or Family Class Sponsorship and so on.

If the IELTS score validity is for 2 yrs then u can sit for IELTS prior to lodging the application.

Computer Programmar is not available in the 38 occupations list according to the ministerial instructions.

So, only 38 limited occupations skilled worker can apply now in FSW category. Other skilled workers will apply in the alternative programs. May i know when will the list come??
