Is "COMPUTER PROGRAMMER" available in new NOC??

please anybody tell me about COMPUTER PROGRAMMER is available in the new list, if available please tell me the NOC.

in the list they have just 0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers, just check what this NOC includes

Computer Programmar is not available in the 38 occupations list according to the ministerial instructions.

If u r in Canada for one year as an international student or if u have got work permit then u will be exempted from 38 occupations regulations. There are other immigration policies like Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) or Family Class Sponsorship and so on.

If you have a job offer approved by Service Canada (AEO) you can still apply for skilled worker.

You can also get a job offer and come in on a temporary work permit or under a provincial nominee program. If you want to escape the job offer, you can still apply for Quebec skilled worker but you'd have to meet their requirements, one of which is knowing basic French.
