DEAR LH-MONTREAL Again I am not sure how is the procedure and time-frame of Quebec procedure, but for the skilled worker usually 4 to 5 months after doing the medical (along with updates PCC) they send the passports' request. Keep faith and everything will go smoothly inshallah. Cheers, zaid
