    QSW: THE BASICS!

So, what are you waiting for to submit your application? As I said, I'd sincerely love to be wrong in my reading of the conditions & instructions. (Not a dude, BTW).

    QSW: THE BASICS!

If you still have doubts, I suggest you call immigration Quebec to clarify & report back here: I would LOVE to be wrong in this case.

    To Canada

To add to Scylla's reply: if you are >30, you might be eligible for an IEC visa? What do you mean by "immigrate with a sponsor"? Are you in a common-law relationship/married to a CDN citizen?

    Canada Explained

TOTALLY untrue. *sigh*. Please, check your statements before you post them publicly. There's a lot of misinformation in this thread, but I've let it go rather than argue with you. However, the above about Qc is DOWNRIGHT wrong. PLEASE: take a step back & consider carefully before posting...

Work experience acquired as an employee over the past five years - Quebec

    1. Quebec is very strict about document requirements. They want what's specified. 2. Form 16 is not accepted.

    QUEBEC APPLICANTS LETS SHARE EXPERIENCE

Paris will eventually return your application to you, because a) Paris doesn't deal with CSQ applications, & b) the intake period was not open when you sent it (& even if the intake period was open for the regular QSW programme, you should have mailed it to QC not Paris. Paris would reject it...

LANDING IN CANADA ??? -All You Need To Know.

No. Your dependants can bring their own lists. Also, you shouldn't "overthink" this. Clothes & toys do not need to be listed item by item! Example: "X boxes clothes, approximate value Y$"; " X boxes children's toys, approx. Value Y$".

    LMIA application processing time?

Food counter attendants are also not eligible for EE. A supervisor position might be. It's not quite clear what exactly is Hope82's friend's situation. My advice would be that Hope82's friend sign up here & ask her questions directly.

+1 to everything XpressEnterprise said. He put it a lot more politely than I would have done.

    QUEBEC,applicant who got reject dicision.

If you didn't send the documents requested, or a valid (in Imm Qc's view) explanation of why you couldn't send the documents, I doubt that Quebec will reopen the file/respond favourable to an administrative review. It's not clear to me whether the authorities in your country refused to provide...

    Application Status

Ask in the visitor forum. It probably means nothing other than a VO has accessed/looked at your application. Do check your spam/other email folder. "Ghost" emails are a fairly frequent occurrence with MyCic.
