Any Pakistani is planning for Quebec immigration ?

Nothing to be scared of. Just land. Yes it's allowed. Don't forget your b4 & b4a forms (goods accompanying & goods to follow). As a QSW, you signed a financial undertaking contract with the QC government. Be prepared, if asked (unlikely) to show you have that amount available. There is no...

Inland Application While Already Living in Quebec

You can apply "Outland" now, it's usually by far the fastest option. Which country would your spouse be applying from?

    Canada Explained

Now you're just being deliberately obtuse/obfuscating your answers. :( That's a shame, because some of us are trying to help/ give clear information. And this thread is valuable. Are you *actually* an electrician? An IT professional? an HR pro? An engineer? Or a retail specialist? I'm asking...

Does it mean that my application is returned? (Applied in Nov. 10, 2015)

The OP is clearly living in Canada, as s/he received a notification from Canada Post. Whether or not it's her/his application being returned is anyone's guess. If your application was received by Immigration Quebec on 11/11, you are outside the quota & your application will be returned.

    Help required regarding regulated profession...

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

~3 months is not an unusual wait for AOR, it's about average. You can always send a CSE: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx You can also try calling, but the helpline is notoriously not accurate in its answers.

    Canada Explained

I spend quite a lot of time helping potential & new immigrants. Regarding misinformation: I'll refer you to Salman's messages & mine on the first two pages of the thread where his post lead me to believe he was a victim of illegal employment practices, which turned out to be totally normal (&...

    Canada Explained

I know several engineers (civil & others) who DID land jobs in their field on or shortly after arriving. They researched & pursued registration as fast as possible. Some flew in to take the exams before official landing; others had all documentation etc & exams booked for as soon as they...
