Now you're just being deliberately obtuse/obfuscating your answers.salmanahm said:Engineering is a regulated profession here in Canada. I deal with civil engineers everyday as it is a part of my job as an electrician. Its not about a smart engineer. Its about insurance companies. They are the second police here. So if someone as a civil engineer will do any work a licensed engineer have to assume the responsibility of his/her work. I mean without the signature of a licensed civil engineer the work will be illegal and No insurance. Without a licensed electrician doing the job (NO INSURANCE). So without insurance a project is not approved. I think we all know that very clearly.
That's a shame, because some of us are trying to help/ give clear information. And this thread is valuable.
Are you *actually* an electrician? An IT professional? an HR pro? An engineer? Or a retail specialist? I'm asking, because you've "advised" on specific questions for several of those fields, giving information which wasn't always entirely accurate.
Again, I'm going to reiterate the importance of differentiating opinion from fact, fact from personal experience.
