Hello, Please I require some urgent Help.

Please guide me with my situation I got ITA in 19th draw- Ontario Nominee candidate

I am Indian Citizen with my residence & bank funds in India, but right now I am in Australia on a 2month Vacation- Visitor/Tourism and I will return to India in Jan 2016, with limited time in hand I need to apply while I am on vacation

1) with limited time in hand I have to undergo medicals- Can I do my medicals in Australia instead of India?

2) What address shall I give in my application? India address (or) temporary Australia address?

3) Do I need a PCC in Australia, I am here only for 2 months, as I am applying while I am on vacation ( I have PCC from India)

4) When I return back to India in Jan 2016, do I need to notify CIC? How?

5) My IELTS is expiring on Dec 22, I have new better IELTS score, I already recieved ITA, is it safe to update my new IELTS score in my Express Entry Profile? Or shall I only scan my updated IELTS with my educational docs? Will this lead to expire my Express Entry profile on Dec 22?

6) What is Schedule 4/4A about? Where can I find it? I am a provincial nominee candidate, which form shall I complete? Shall I attach it in my LOE?

No, if you applied from India

Send what is required by your ITA. No need to update your profile.

6) What is Schedule 4/4A about? Where can I find it? I am a provincial nominee candidate, which form shall I complete? Shall I attach it in my LOE?

Point No.4) I will be actually applying and submitting documents from Australia and not India..so when I return to India in Jan 2016 do I need to notify CIC? because my passport has a Arrival Stamp of Sydney on 28 October, CIC will assume I am in Australia?

A: I could be wrong but I think you have to do the medicals from your home country.

2) What address shall I give in my application? India address (or) temporary Australia address?
A: Indian address. The Australian address is only a temporary address during your vacation.

3) Do I need a PCC in Australia, I am here only for 2 months, as I am applying while I am on vacation ( I have PCC from India)
A: No you only need it for India. In general it's only required in countries where you have lived for longer than 6 months.

4) When I return back to India in Jan 2016, do I need to notify CIC? How?
A: Yes, you need to inform CIC of every country you travel to. Not disclosing can be viewed as 'misrepresentation'.

5) My IELTS is expiring on Dec 22, I have new better IELTS score, I already recieved ITA, is it safe to update my new IELTS score in my Express Entry Profile? Or shall I only scan my updated IELTS with my educational docs? Will this lead to expire my Express Entry profile on Dec 22?
A: I don't think you can update IELTS as you have already got an ITA. Scan the IELTS transcript you reported in your EE profile. I think that if unsuccessful, you have to create a new EE profile to go back in the EE pool. In general your EE profile expires 1 year after you submit it.

After you're back in India open a CSE and add an LOE explaining you were in Australia when submitting your application and now you're back.
