Separated from spouse..is that affecting my score

As far as CIC is concerned, separated or divorced, you have no spouse. I.e. You are single. Why do you think spouse points would show as anything other than zero in your case?

PR Travel Document - Is it necessary for my situation?

I've returned to Canada with Brit passport & expired PR card. I got a bit of a lecture from CBSA, but they let me back in :). My son has too, & didn't get the Lecture! Can your father-in-law fax or email you the letter so you have a copy on you?

2 year Diploma course = 3 year work permit?

A Canadian diploma does not need to be evaluated by WES.

Temporary visa for common law partner

Unfortunately, not possible. Could/would his employer apply for an LMIA for him? He could then get a WP. However, I'm not sure that you would meet CIC's definition of common law partners, (for the SOWP) if he's been in Canada for nearly 2 years & you're in Australia.

ALL APPLICANTS AROUND THE WORLD JOIN HERE FOR EXPRESS ENTRY

No, not yet. The system is not yet functioning. CIC originally estimated that it would be available in April. I have not seen any updates.

FSW applicants, 51000 ITAs allocated for 2015

Thank you very much for the link Dan_and!! It clearly explains the numbers AND specifies that " Operational targets are based on the total number of persons covered by applications to be finalized...". Again, thank you for helping clear up this very common misconception :).

FSW applicants, 51000 ITAs allocated for 2015

No that is NOT what the government has said. I quote : "The Government of Canada recognizes the importance of immigration in fueling economic growth and is planning to welcome between 260,000 and 285,000 new permanent residents in 2015, an increase of approximately 19,000 planned admissions...

Can i apply Permanent Residency while I'm here in Philippines?

Okay. Let's take this one step at a time: what job is this LMO & work permit for? The LMO & work permit do not, of themselves lead to PR. Do you want to become a Permanent resident of Canada?

Can i apply Permanent Residency while I'm here in Philippines?

You receive an invitation to apply AFTER you have submitted your profile under Express Entry & it has been selected from the pool. If your job is NOC level A, B or O, you can submit a profile, whether you are in Canada or not.

    should I apply for citizenship?

You citizenship application has nothing to do with your application to sponsor your husband.

International student wants to get married to a citizen and spousal sponsorship

No one here can answer that question because, as others have pointed out, your current status in Canada is not clear. Read this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-arriving.asp Particularly the paragraph "understanding the terms and conditions of your study permit".

Possibility of sponsoring Armenian wife through Immigration office in India?

Im going to second that. Quite apart from your X visa (India) potential issues, which are off-topic here.

Possibility of sponsoring Armenian wife through Immigration office in India?

You will need a visa permitting at least one year's residency in India (X, I presume). That's one of the things bothering me about your questions/situation. Suppose you only get a 6 month visa for India to start with? you & your future spouse have a two-fold problem: for you to get an X visa...

Possibility of sponsoring Armenian wife through Immigration office in India?

If you are legally admitted to India for at least a year, as Scylla pointed out, you can apply as a resident of India, so follow those guidelines :).

    regarding postage of pr card

Not applicable. A passport is not an immigration document, & a PR card is not a passport 8) I *would* recommend sending the card by registered mail, & photocopying it/noting the number before sending, just in case.
