    Should have gotten a passport from a country that shows Place of Issue. If you cannot figure out where it was issued, the IRCC cannot either! Just put what you think is the best answer.

    London office told my family member that Niagara Falls will send oath invitation. Scarborough sent it. They don't even know what they are doing themselves.

    Lettermails sent to CPC-Sydney are processed faster than web forms and those agents have more authority than web form agents. Send them a letter, tell them that it is time to say farewell and to send the file to your local office.

    They come to the office, look at the emails, press Delete on most of them since they decided not to reply anymore, process a few, and then go take a Frappuccino break.

    There was someone here who was scheduled for the test again after completing it. They are busier making errors and excuses than actual work.

    I asked them how is it acceptable that the IRCC takes almost 2 months to reply if you send a web form. They said they will ask the IRCC about it and my file.

    It says Test Interview on the spreadsheet because everyone would have an interview and document verification when they went to do the test in person. Now they only ask some people to do video or audio interviews long after the test.
