No... As you quoted you have to be enrolled for atleast eight months full time.... You literally have spent 3 days as you mentioned and moreover it's a regulatory body and not a DLI ( as mentioned above as well)...

The purpose of PCC is to check whether one has a clean record while one is in the country, how does it account the days the PCC missed while you were still there, hence can lead to rejection.

WES or any other ECA body calculate your degree equivalency for highest degree achieved till date. However WES can ask for other degrees if needed.

It's a time consuming process to hire foreign nationals and companies usually don't want to deal with paperwork... Which company is this you are talking about and which job profile??

No worries.... Yeah if they are inviting a foreign national to work for them...but sometimes some immigrants land as PR, there is no restrictions if they have thar status...

If they are asking you for money it is a red flag. Research about the business you have been offered the job... Let me tell you frankly you also might have seen a lot of news of job lines of thousands for mere number jobs....the job market is very cold these days.... So you can imagine....

There is no easy way, if length of time have been able to play a part, lots of people have been PR until now... So taking a direct path like study, PGWP and then apply is the best option. It's good you have started upon as the way IRCC is making changes it would become difficult in coming days...

WES is fast but very stringent.... IQAS takes a long time....
