First of all why the need to enrol in education... I mean for job purpose...or for any skill course....
Also rather than believing in other people it's always better to go and enquire yourself as you are the one who knows your situation the best...
Don't believe what everyone asks you to..

Is your family planning on moving to Canada next school year? If not then it makes no sense to move to Canada to attend grade 12. It is difficult to change schools and curriculum in high school but especially for grade 12. It can be difficult to get enough credits and prerequisites to enter certain university programs and your grades may fall because you are adjusting to a new school and curriculum. If your family is not moving to Canada then there is the additional stress of not being around family and not having consistency that you have when living with parents and siblings.

Don't fully understand your question and hope that you are not a spammer.
Trying to come to finish grade 12 may not work as an advantage for you. If you need ESL classes, you wont' have time to put all the grade 12 classes in your schedule and graduate.
You likely need extra English courses as ESL. And you likely need to take language exams to get admission to any post secondary education.
Search for collages, universities just like an internation student (except that you won't be paying international student fee nor need a study permit). But the admission requirement would be similar. Since your highschool education is done outside and isn't conducted using English.
Post secondary education in Canada isn't a garantee. You need to apply for admission.
