Dont have driver's license yet..living with my husband, im totally dependant on him.
I went to service canada and they said i need to show a bill or something thats in my name.
how can i?
i cant get a credit card, cant get my phone bill in my name,,any suggesions?

If you don't drive, you can apply for provincial card....
