That's what's bothering me. Not sure why they want us to send PCC and Schedule A again via email when we've already uploaded them in the portal. I have send them an email seeking some clarification regarding this. Lets see if they'll respond or not.

August 17th, my Parents couldn't get a booking prior to September 17th though. I had submitted a webform informing IRCC the same. It was done today.
